AcroForms are a traditional, slightly outdated type of static forms that can be filled out using a wide range of programs, including web browsers. Dynamic XFA forms are currently the most flexible and effective form type, capable of changing their configuration based on the information entered by the user. MS Word Forms are the most accessible form type, requiring no software other than MS Word. We use this format to create prototypes and then export them to the desired PDF format.

We have developed and use two types of scripts that provide automatic and semi-automated (with human translator assistance) translation of all types of forms, including Adobe InDesign. The first type uses XLIFF (XML Localization Interchange File Format) technology, while the second is based on our own methodology and also allows for the translation of texts used in scripts.

We also develop multilingual forms, which allow you to switch the interface language at any time during the filling process.

We have developed and use a three-tier testing methodology.

The first tier is software testing of form objects for compliance with the Functional File compiled by the Functional Analyst and the Customer’s Graphical Standards and Rules.
The second tier is software generation of data sets in accordance with the field format.
The third tier is manual testing, including document Accessibility verification against the WCAG requirements and the Customer-specified Accessibility level.

Based on the statistical data from the Canadian Survey on Disability, we have created our own conceptual approach to ensuring accessibility, which is more in line with the real needs of Canadian users: we have expanded support for the older age group and people with Developmental, Memory, and Dexterity disorders.

We train the Client’s personnel in effective workflows based on a deep understanding of the processes used and our many years of practical experience.

After the completion of the main Contract (development / adjustment / testing), we continue to provide informational support to our Clients.
